K-beauty manufacturers with CGMP

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety publishes the manufacturing sites that have been found compliant with Korea’s cosmetics GMP standard. That list is in Korean, and it says nothing about whether the operator is still in business. This page gives you both: the 196 sites on the MFDS list, and each operator’s registration status with the National Tax Service.

One operator on the MFDS list is no longer actively registered with the National Tax Service. A GMP finding is not withdrawn when a company stops trading, so the published list can outlast the business — which is the whole reason this page cross-checks them.

What CGMP means here

Korea’s cosmetics GMP standard (우수화장품 제조 및 품질관리기준, “CGMP”) is voluntary. A site on this list has been assessed by the MFDS and found compliant; a site that is absent has not necessarily failed anything — it may simply never have applied. Do not read absence as a finding.

The MFDS publishes the operator’s name, its business registration number and the city of the plant. It does not publish an assessment date or an expiry date, so neither appears here. If a date matters to your purchase, ask the manufacturer for its certificate directly.

English names shown here are the company’s own where we could confirm one, and a transliteration otherwise. Each company page says which. Data on this page was taken from the MFDS and the NTS on 2026-08-20.
